2. Uploading Content (Creators)

• Uploads must include the original source when the work is not your own creation — the source is credited on the visual's page via the “Visit” button.
• By uploading, you grant GrabPx a non-exclusive license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform.
• You retain full ownership of your work.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or our Community Rules.

3. Downloading Content (Users)

• All visuals on the Platform are free for personal use only.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or use visuals for commercial purposes without the creator's permission.
• Visuals may link to creator or source pages. Visiting those links is optional.

4. External Links

• Visuals may include links to third-party sites (original sources, portfolios, creator pages, etc.).
• The Platform does not process payments or transactions of any kind.
• We are not responsible for the safety, reliability, or content of external sites — follow external links at your own discretion.

5. Copyright & Intellectual Property

• GrabPx acts solely as a hosting platform and does not create, own, or claim rights over user-uploaded content. Responsibility for uploaded content, including its legality and copyright status, rests with the user who uploaded it.
• If you believe your work has been used without permission, submit a takedown request via our DMCA page.
• We respond to valid infringement claims promptly — typically within 24–48 hours — and terminate repeat infringers' accounts.

6. Prohibited Content

• Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material.
• Hate speech, harassment, or offensive material.
• Violence, drugs, exploitation, or illegal activity.
• Images of minors or content uploaded without consent.
• Blurry, pixelated, watermarked, or low-quality images.

7. Prohibited Uses

• Do not use GrabPx for illegal purposes, scraping, or automated access.
• Do not attempt to circumvent moderation, rate limits, or security measures.

8. Account Suspension & Content Removal

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Rules.
• Content may be removed without notice if it breaks our rules.
• Severe violations may result in permanent bans.

9. Liability Disclaimer

• The Platform and all visuals are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
• We don't guarantee quality, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose.
• We aren't responsible for damages caused by using content downloaded from the Platform.
• External links are the responsibility of the user who added them, not the Platform.
