GrabPx respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement.

All content on GrabPx is user-generated — uploaded by members of our community. GrabPx acts solely as a hosting provider and does not create or own the visuals published on this platform. When we receive a valid infringement notice, the reported content is removed promptly and repeat infringers' accounts are terminated.

Ownership of Content

• Creators must upload only visuals they own or have the rights to share.
• Uploading copyrighted material without permission is prohibited.
• By uploading, users confirm their content does not infringe on the rights of others.

Source Attribution

Per our community rules, users share visuals together with their original source. Every visual's page on GrabPx displays a “Visit” button that links directly back to the source page — so original creators and websites always receive credit and a direct referral link from the content. If you are the source owner and would prefer removal instead of attribution, simply submit the form below and we'll take the content down.

What a valid notice includes

1. Identification of the copyrighted work.
2. URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material.
3. Your contact information — address, telephone number and, if available, an email address at which you can be contacted.
4. A good-faith statement.
5. Statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury.
6. Physical or electronic signature.
7. Where possible, information sufficient to let us notify the community member who uploaded the material.

Response Time

Valid DMCA notices are typically actioned within 24-48 hours. Where we remove content, we take reasonable steps to notify the community member who uploaded it, so that they may file a counter-notice if they believe the removal was a mistake.

Counter-Notice (If Your Content Was Removed)

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@grabpx.com. It must include:

1. Your name, address, email, and phone number.
2. The link/URL of the content that was removed.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the United States Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located — or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which GrabPx may be found.
5. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the infringement notice, or from their agent.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the copyright owner files a legal action within 15 business days.

The same §512(f) liability described above applies to counter-notices: do not state that content was removed by mistake unless you genuinely believe it.

Repeat Infringers

Accounts that repeatedly violate copyright may be suspended or permanently banned. We reserve the right to remove content without prior notice if it violates this Policy.
